Our sole concern is to serve the best quality for your pet. Each product is handmade from locally sourced items considering your pet’s needs in mind. However if the buyer is not satisfied with the product (i.e received a damaged product/ wrong product) we shall provide you a refund or replacement for the same under the following conditions.
1. The buyer has to contact us regarding his/her complaint within 48 hrs post delivery(for accessories) and 24 hrs (for treats).
2. Refunds/exchange are not accepted for products under 150 store, customized products and products damaged/worn/torn by your pets (it includes being free from pet hair and any stains).
3. In case of a damaged product, we shall provide you with a replacement (if the item is still available in stock) provided we agree that the product is damaged or defective or faulty and is not a used product.
4. For refund/returns/replacement, please make sure that the product is in its original condition along with its packaging and keep it un-used.
5. Refund/Return of treats/wonder oil shall not be accepted if your pet refuses to consume the same.
6. Shipping/delivery charge will not be refundable and any cost incurred in the returning item shall be borne by the buyer.
7. Woof and Wags provides no warranty on its products. It is completely at the discretion of our team to accept or reject the refund/return/replacement.
How do I return my order?
1. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com with your order details.
2. Once done, we shall contact you via email along with the instructions for return and shipping label for the same.
3. Pack the item as you received it or in an waterproof envelope/ box so it reaches us safely. Print your return shipping label and tape it to the front of the envelope/box.
4. Once done, email us and we shall generate a pickup from our side. Hand over the packed item to the courier person.
5. Once we receive the parcel, we shall access it and initiate your refund within 2 working days.
